Internet Case Inquiry System - Open access

• A court internet service, "Open Access", provides public access to court case information and court calendar information over the internet. This service provides access to information allowable pursuant to rules governing public access.
• Civil, Family Law, Small Claims, and Probate case information is available.
• Confidential information restricted by court order or by operation of law will not be displayed.
• Case information is accessed using a case number or a party's name.
• Court calendar information is accessed by selecting a date and a department. A listing of department designations, assigned judge and case type assignment can be found under the Judges/ Schedule link on the left sidebar of the court's web site.
