The clerk's office is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. In Watsonville a mail slot is provided for filings after 4:00 pm

Family Law matters are filed in the Civil Clerks Office at 1 Second St., Watsonville, CA 95076. If you cannot afford an attorney, you may utilize the services of the Self Help Center/Family Law Facilitator.  If children are involved, you may be required to attend orientation, child custody mediation and the co-parenting workshop through Family Court Services
