(Your court hearing will be heard in the court location you file your documents, except all Small Claims appeals are heard in Santa Cruz)
E-Delivery is now available for Small Claims!
As of September 20th, 2006, E-Delivery Service is now available for Small Claims filings in Santa Cruz County Superior Court. With this service, users can now submit their Small Claims filings electronically with the court.
- You must prepare original and 2 copies for each case you wish to file. If you do not provide copies to the Court , you will be charged 50 cents per copy in addition to any other filing fee required.
- Do not attach any other document to the Plaintiff’s or Defendant’ Claim. You may submit any exhibits you may have at the time of the hearing.
- If filing by mail, send all forms and copies with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a check or money order payable to SUPERIOR COURT to the branch you wish your matter to be heard. All checks must contain an imprinted name and address.
- Any correspondence requiring a reply from the Court must include your case number and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
