ATTENTION

Scam Alert: The Superior Court of Santa Cruz has been notified that an individual posing as a deputy/court security is calling court customers stating that they owe money for failing to appear. If you receive a call of this nature, please contact the court directly at 831-420-2200 to receive accurate information.

Vendors

The Court uses RFPs (Request for Proposal), RFIs (Request for Information), and RFQs (Request for Quote) to procure services, products, and information from vendors - outside agencies and private industry. If there are open RFPs/RFIs/RFQs at this time, they would be listed below.

For example, as the result of an RFP, the Court may accept a bid from a vendor for a contract to run a food service station at the Court, or a contract to provide legal or other support services in such areas as Juvenile Dependency or Drug Court.

Vendors should submit written proposals in the manner described in the document(s) listed in the specific RFP, RFI, or RFQ document, when posted.

Once a vendor has been selected from the bidders, a letter stating this will be posted below.

Current Solicitations

The following are questions submitted by interested vendors and the Court's responses to those questions.

1)   What will be the duration of the project? If you could share the estimated number of hours that a SharePoint Developer will be working?

The work must be completed by February 28, 2025. The Court is unable to estimate the number of hours for this project, but the RFQ responses will need to have quoted the hourly rate for services in the unit price section.

2)   What is the work location?

The primary site is located in the city of Santa Cruz in California. However, remote development will be considered.

3)   Is there any budget allocated to this project?

Due to the competitive nature of the RFQ process, we are unable to provide a total budget for the project at this time.

4)   How many resumes/resources could be proposed for this RFQ by a vendor?

We are willing to accept a maximum of 5 proposed resumes/resources per vendor.
