Proposed Local Rules and Proposed New Local Forms
Proposed changes to Local Rules:
The following modifications and additions to the Local Rules with a proposed effective date of July 1, 2024, are now open for public comment. The 45-day public comment period will close at the end of the day on April 29th except for rule 5.1.14. The comment period for that rule will end on Monday, May 6th. All comments may be sent to proposed.rules@santacruzcourt.org

- Rule 3.3.03 Child Custody Evaluations (formerly Child Custody Investigation and Evaluation)
- Rule 5.1.14 Credit for Performance of Community Service
